Why are there so few videos of VT1100 shadows, I mostly see videos of 600 and 750 but most of the bikes I see on the road are 1100's Myself having one also.

So if i wanted to use an airbrush to paint som details. At what step should i do that. Is it after primer or after baselayer? You would probably have to do it at a more comfortable work area for this part. So moving it would probably be nescesarry. And preferably be able to Apple maskingtape as well.

Hi, it seems you know A LOT about shadows, so maybe you could help me. I'm planning to buy one, and I'm looking for 2000-2009, 750cc, shaft drive (please don't judge) and a dual pin crankshaft. So basically what would you recommend? I'm thinking about going up to 1100cc or maybe 1300cc but i want to have low maintenance, so there's gotta be a shaft.

The best engine Honda ever made was the old CB 750 four, it might not have the big HP, but they were bulletproof and reliable, we called them concrete mixers, the sound they made when they idle ………..NZ.

I had a 800 for quiet a few years. Engine was great and as I'm a short in the leg found it quiet comfortable. Draw backs definitely spare cycle parts and the buttons on the seats not good in the rain.

I found the information regarding if they added an extra gear to the VLX that all they would be doing is splitting the 3rd and 4th gear to be priceless! I no longer ponder “man I wish my bike had a 5th on it” I’m planning a round trip from NJ to FL so was considering TEMPORARILY switching the rear sprocket to a 40 tooth one. Then switching back to stock ones the trip is over. Does this sound like a good idea or perhaps not even worth it. I don’t go faster than 75mph but was just thinking it might make the trip easier on my engine. Smart or dumb? 👍🏽👎🏽 Ty! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Welp. Literally rebuilding a 1984 Honda shadow vt700c at almost 23 years old is pretty interesting. Not going to lie you aren’t wrong, it’s kinda upsetting because I’ve got a lot of original parts and oem parts on eBay and market place is a good place but like you said rubber has a self life and I have no clue when mine will run out, only 7,250 miles garage kept and honestly I have no clue if anything from your website will even fit this bike. Break fluid reservoir? It’s attached to the break lever well that was full of some amber colored thickness that had to be scraped off and I’m just trying to see if anything from your website fits. But more or less glad you made this video honestly so keep up your good work with the shadows love them myself but you’re not wrong the shaft drive and the limited availability for parts may screw me soon especially with the hoses that connect to the break calipers. Also the h*rny hat part was funny asf dawg

I recommend a 27mm open end wrench for rear axle 22mm socket on the left side and 27mm wrench on the right side unless you want to pull the exhaust then can use a 27mm socket 2003 vt750

Actually, even on Harley's you don't want to adjust the idle too low, for the same reason ( ie, setting the idle on an evolution Sportster as in low as a shovel or a pan is detrimental to the Evo sportster valve train and lower end) yet,many people make this mistake to get the SOUND 😂🙄🙄

I got back into motorcycles with a bargain Honda Rebel, after a couple of years the wife told me to go ahead and get the new Shadow Phantom i was looking at, love that bike and now want to get another to build a bobber.

I've had an aero since brand new in 2007, 17 years! It's going to be hard to part with it. I love it but i want something with a bit more pep. It's been a stellar bike!

I'd love some Honda VTX series videos. For instance, I got a 1300 and I want the twin pin cranks from the 1800, how can I get 100hhp out the 1300. I saw a sportster 1200 unto 120hp so I'm sure a 1300 can pull 100 or close enough
